How long do I have to get my chargebacks or return checks resubmitted?
Answer
It has been brought to our attention that some people feel they are not being notified of their chargebacks or returned checks. Everyone knows that you have 72 hours from the time we receive the chargeback/dispute notification and/or the check is returned to try to save the deal. I will be posting a Returns Notification on a daily basis. There will be one on my door in the 3606 Building, and there will be one posted on the door in the 3600 building on my/Ivy's door. The notification will be posted at 2pm daily. It is now your responsibility to check everyday if you have a return. Once the notification comes down off of the door, that means your 72 hours is up, and it now goes to our Recovery department. If you work in a satellite office which is not in either of the 2 buildings, it will be the supervisors responsibility to call in daily to see if they (their group) have any returns. We do understand that not everyone has or uses their email, so this is a for sure way to get proper notification. If you have any questions or are unclear please see your manager.
