What does the term “pre-qualified” mean
in terms of my FLP Program?

Every contractor will garner detailed information about the customer’s (requestor’s)
Inquiry through our website and, where possible, with a follow-up telephone call.
Our Featured Listing Providers will receive that information, along with the proper,
working telephone number of the requestor. The requestor will have a bona fide need
that matches the type of job or jobs that the Featured Listing Provider selected
in his or her EveryContractor.com profile. The location will match a ZIP code in
the geographical area selected by the Featured Listing Provider.

What is the definition of a qualified
lead?
|
Lead qualification is determined by your company profile. All leads that are sent
to you will match the details you provide on your company profile: please keep it
up to date so that we can continue sending you the best matches for your company!

Can you guys notify me before my 90
day profile update period approaches?
|
You are notifed via email 10 days, 48 hours and 24 hours before your 90 day profile
update period approaches.

If the military calls me to go overseas
can I put my campaign on hold until my return?

Yes. You can pause your campaign by requesting so with customer service.

When there are 5 other companies on
the site under painting how is that going to be to my benefit?

The reason that there are so many companies listed under a particular category is
due to the demand. Many times we do not have enough contractors or service professionals
to keep up with the demand. Everycontractor processes tens of thousands of requests
and many times 5 painters is not enough for consumers to choose from. Consumers
search for a variety and if they only have a few choices they may not make the request
to Everycontractor afterall. Additionally many consumers request 3 or bids. Therefore
having only a few contractors or service professionals to choose from will limit
the chance of bringing quality requests to the Everycontractor network.

How long does my Featured Listing stay
online?
|
Your business will be featured in the categories you choose for one full year! You
can change your listing and your profile at any time during the year.

What Does a Featured Listing Include?
|
Your Featured Listing will include your company’s contact information prominently
displayed in the categories of your choice (up to five different categories). When
a customer searches for the products or services you offer, EveryContractor.com
will appear in their results. Your listing will appear within the EveryContractor.com
website. When your listing is clicked on, additional details about your business
and an easy-to-use Service Request Form appear, so customers can request your services
online! Your ad will show up as a Featured Listing in all ZIP codes within a 25-mile
radius of your business.

What if I need additional categories?

If you need your listing to show up in more than five categories, just let us know.

I don’t have a website. Will a Featured
Listing work for me?

Yes! The Featured Listing Program provides your company contact information online,
in an attractive, easy-to-read manner. When a customer clicks on your Featured Listing
it will provide additional information such as: how long you’ve been in business,
your hours of operation, whether you offer emergency service, licensing information,
geographical areas served, and a brief company description. Your customers can request
your services online. It's easy!

How will potential customers contact
me?
|
Customers will contact you in a variety of ways. Many customers will simply pick
up the phone and call you when they see your listing. Some customers will prefer
to fill out the quick and easy Service Request Form; in that case you will receive
an email notification.

What if my business needs a larger geographic
coverage?
|
If you need for your ad to cover a larger geographic area then 25 miles please contact

How many leads will I get?
|
It depends on how many people are looking for what you offer. Your Featured Listing
will show up on our website every time someone is looking for the services you provide
in your specified service area. Your Featured Listing will show up 24 hours a day,
