I own a 3 bedroom house with only 1 bathroom. I would like to add an addtional bathroom to the guest room. The house is 15 years old and is 1640 square feet. I would like the new bathroom to have a sink and toilet. No shower or bathtub required. I would like to start this projectas soon as possible.
